The UNESCO Mediterranean Diet Coalition

Collaborative Preservation of a Cultural Heritage

With the inclusion of the Mediterranean Diet in the Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Baku in 2013, the countries of the Mediterranean Diet became 7: Cyprus, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, and Spain, together with their respective emblematic communities, share the management of the cultural element.
