{"id":3845,"date":"2024-06-06T15:07:48","date_gmt":"2024-06-06T13:07:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mediterraneandietunesco.org\/?p=3845"},"modified":"2024-06-06T15:09:27","modified_gmt":"2024-06-06T13:09:27","slug":"dalmatinska-rozata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mediterraneandietunesco.org\/el\/dalmatinska-rozata\/","title":{"rendered":"Dalmatinska Ro\u017eata"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ro\u017eata is one of the oldest Dalmatian sweets, which got its name from rose liqueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients for 10-12 persons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10 eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10 spoons of sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 liter milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanilla sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lemon peel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orange peel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marascino, Ro\u017eoljo (rose petal liqueur) or another liqueur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sugar for caramelizing 20-25 spoons<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Way of preparation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melt the caramelizing sugar on low heat and pour into the molds. Mix the eggs, sugar and milk and all the spices in a mixing bowl. Beat lightly with a whisk. Allow the flavors to blend for a few minutes. Strain and pour into molds. Cook in steam in a convection oven at 80 <sup>o<\/sup>C for about 20 minutes for single portions, and up to 60 minutes for larger molds. If cooking in a bain-marie oven, then the oven temperature is 150-180 <sup>o<\/sup>C.
