We are thrilled to announce our upcoming summer programs, designed to inspire and educate the next generation on the values and traditions of the Mediterranean culture, critical elements for a sustainable future. The Future Food Institute (FFI) has been at the forefront of integrating Mediterranean identity and values into educational initiatives for over a decade. In collaboration with the Study Center and the Municipality of Pollica, we continue our commitment to spreading Mediterranean values and culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Education plays a pivotal role in transmitting Mediterranean traditions and values. As we face urgent global challenges, the need for innovative and inclusive educational practices has never been more apparent. Our programs are designed to bridge educational gaps, promote equity, and embrace the Mediterranean way of life as a cornerstone of sustainable development and healthy living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This summer, we are excited to present a series of programs that aim to educate and immerse participants in the rich Mediterranean heritage through a comprehensive approach that encompasses environmental sciences, sustainable agriculture, gastronomy, and nutrition science.
