vinegar<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">salt, to taste<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pepper, to taste<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">savory (Satureja hortensis), to data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Put the tuna in water to bleed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Change the water several times until it becomes clear, remove tuna and cut into large pieces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Season with salt, crushed garlic, and crumbled oregano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leave the tuna to sit for half a day (about 6h to 8h).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cook the tuna in water, with 1 onion, peeled and cut into a cross on top, and 1 bay leaf.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once cooked and cooled, open the tuna in flakes, cover with the sauce and rest in this sauce, between 6 to 8 hours.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serve with boiled potatoes in their skins, boiled sweet potatoes and seasonal vegetables (green beans, courgettes, etc\u2026).\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
