Seminar: Challenges of Safeguarding and Valuing the Mediterranean Diet in the Territories

On the 31st of May, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Fonte Boa Innovation Hub – Santarém, the Seminar “Challenges for Safeguarding and Enhancement of the Mediterranean Diet in the Territories” will take place, which aims to present the results of the TerritorialMED Project – Safeguarding and Enhancement of the Mediterranean Diet in the regions, financed by the National Rural Network / PDR2020, and to give visibility to the important work started to create networks between organizations for the elaboration of action plans to safeguard and enhance the Mediterranean diet in the regions.

This Seminar will include a discussion table on future challenges, which will include the participation of Helena Real, General Secretary of the Portuguese Nutrition Association, Artur Gregório, of the In Loco Association Board, and Helena Freitas, of the Center for Functional Ecology from the University of Coimbra.
